Charlie Moulton
Lead Pastor
Charlie Moulton comes to First Baptist Church Fulton after serving as Senior Pastor of Lakeshore City Church in Corona, California, from 2008 to 2026. A former business executive and entrepreneur, Charlie answered God’s call to plant a church, helping grow a home Bible study into a thriving congregation marked by life change and many new believers. In May 2026 he was called to become the Lead Pastor of FBC Fulton. We are excited to welcome Charlie and look forward to how God will use his leadership to help us share the hope of the Gospel through sacrificial love for our neighbors. Charlie was married to his beloved wife, Louise, for 34 years until her passing in April 2025. They have 4 adult children, 8 grandchildren, and he enjoys coffee, reading, golf, traveling, and USC Trojan football.
BRAD KERR
ASSOCIATE PASTOR OF Worship AND DISCIPLESHIP
Brad has been serving on the staff of FBC since December of 2011. Together with his wife Amanda and children, Olivia and John he loves seeing the church discipled as members grow into ministry roles. Previously he had served as Minister of Music, Education and Youth in Camden, AR.
BEN CLAY
Associate Pastor of Students and Outreach
Ben has been serving on the staff of First Baptist since May 2018. Ben has a M. Div from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and is an avid Kansas City Royals fan. His wife Missi and their three boys Zeke, Asher, and Judah are loving living in Fulton.
Dena Schwinke
Office ADMINISTRATOR
Dena has been serving as the financial administrator since January 2022 and recently became the office administrator. Before coming on staff, Dena worked for the State of Missouri for over 28 years before retiring. Dena is married to Aaron and they have 6 children.

MAINTENANCE AND CUSTODIAN
Louie has been faithfully serving FBC in this capacity since 1993. He can be found busily keeping the church building maintained and ready for use for ministry.
